About VitaVera
A better system, not more supplements.
A great life starts with great health. But for too long, supplements have been confusing, inconsistent and generic. We created VitaVera to change that, one premium daily pack at a time.
Where it all started
It started with a cupboard full of bottles.
Every time I tried to build a supplement routine, I'd end up with five or six bottles, each running out at different times. I'd always run out of one, usually the important one, and think, I'll just wait until the others are nearly finished.
Weeks would pass, and suddenly I was taking nothing at all.
I didn't need more supplements, I needed a better system. Something organised and built for consistency.
So I created it.
What we stand for
Four things we won't compromise on
Simplicity
Open the lid, take what you need, go. Your routine shouldn't feel like a chore.
Consistency
A 28-day cycle, long enough for a habit to stick, with a fresh pack before you run out.
Premium, not clinical
Packs designed to feel good to use, so you actually want to open them.
Clean ingredients
Science-backed ingredients, made in the UK, with zero filler and zero confusion.
Where we're going
No more cluttered cupboards.
No more forgotten doses. No more random gaps in your routine. VeraStrength was our first pack, built for gym-goers who wanted results without the clutter. Since then we've grown into a full range, all in our signature 28-day organiser format. And this is just the beginning.

Life + truth
The name
Vita means life in Latin, and vera means truth. Together, true life. We chose it to reflect a commitment to honest, science-based health.
Fun fact, the word vitamin comes from "vital amine", which turned out to be inaccurate because not every vitamin contains an amine. So we built a brand rooted in truth instead.
