The everyday essentialsThis is a high-dose capsule. 10,000µg is 10mg, which is 200 times the NRV. The NHS says that 0.9mg or less a day of biotin in supplements is unlikely to cause any harm, and that the effects of higher daily doses are not known. What arrives in each delivery?
A new 28-day organiser with every supplement you picked, pre-portioned into daily compartments. There is nothing to refill.
What if I miss a day?
Just continue with your next daily compartment and don't double up. For creatine, you can make up missed doses the next day if needed, up to 25g in total.
When am I charged?
Subscriptions renew every 28 days. Payment is taken a few days before dispatch so your next box arrives before you run out, and you'll always see upcoming charges in your account first.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. There's no contract.
On the 3-box option you can cancel the renewal anytime. VeraCustom boxes are built to your order, so they can't be returned or refunded.
Can I take this with other vitamins or medication?
In most cases, yes. Check with your GP or a healthcare professional if you take medication, are pregnant or have a medical condition.
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days for unopened packs. Email support@vitavera.co.uk and we'll guide you through it.
