Some of our supplements are suitable for vegetarians, but not all are vegan. For example, our omega-3 softgels are made from fish oil with a gelatin capsule, so they are not suitable for vegans. Full ingredient and allergen information is on each pack's ingredients and allergy page.

Yes. All supplements come from UK-based manufacturers that work to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and provide third-party testing certificates for purity and ingredient verification. We're happy to share more information on request.

All VitaVera supplements are manufactured in the UK in certified facilities that meet strict quality and safety regulations.

In most cases, yes, but check with your GP or a healthcare professional if you take medication, are pregnant or have a medical condition.

Just continue with your next daily compartment and don't double up. For creatine, you can make up missed doses the next day if needed, up to 25g in total (up to 4 missed days). Our packs are built for consistency over time, not perfection.

Once you subscribe, a fresh 28-day pack arrives every 4 weeks, delivered automatically. There's nothing to refill or reuse, we send a complete new pack each time.

A new 28-day organiser, all your daily supplements pre-portioned for the 28 days, and a fresh creatine pouch for VeraStrength customers. Everything arrives ready to use.

Subscriptions renew every 28 days. Payment is taken a few days before dispatch so your next box arrives before you run out, and you'll always see upcoming charges in your account first.

On the 3-box option you pay for three boxes at once, then again after the third box.

You pay for three boxes upfront and save £1 a box compared with the 28-day subscription. One box is still delivered every 28 days, and the plan renews after the third box unless you cancel before then.

Orders arrive in 2 to 4 working days by tracked delivery, UK only. Orders over £15 get free delivery.

We accept returns within 14 days for unopened and unused packs. Email support@vitavera.co.uk and we'll guide you through it.

VeraCustom boxes are built to your order, so they can't be returned or refunded.

You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account, so you are not charged for another three boxes.

On VeraStrength, VeraSleep and VeraBeauty, the three boxes you have already paid for can only be refunded if none of them has been opened. Return the first box unopened within 14 days of receiving it and we'll refund the full amount. Once the first box has been opened, the 3-box payment is not refundable and your remaining boxes are delivered as planned.

VeraCustom boxes are built to your order, so they can't be returned or refunded.

This does not affect your rights if a box arrives damaged or faulty.

Vita means life in Latin, and vera means truth, together, true life. We chose it to reflect our commitment to honest, science-based health. Fun fact, the word vitamin comes from "vital amine", which turned out to be inaccurate because not every vitamin contains an amine. So we built a brand rooted in truth instead.
