How it works
The power of 28 days.
You know that feeling when you mean to start something healthy, but life gets in the way? Starting is easy. Sticking with it is the real win. VitaVera is built around that idea.

It arrives every 4 weeks
Your 28-day box arrives by tracked delivery in 2 to 4 working days, and a fresh one follows every 28 days.
Open today's compartment
Every day's supplements are pre-dosed in their own compartment. No bottles, no measuring, no guesswork. Open, take, done.
Why 28 days?
A full cycle, not just a four-week supply.
Habits aren't really about willpower, they're about repetition. Do something small enough times, in the same way, and it stops being a task you have to remember.
Habit research doesn't point to one magic number, some studies find it takes a few weeks, others several months. But four full weeks is long enough for most people to move past "remembering to do it" and into "just doing it". That's why we built VitaVera around a 28-day cycle rather than a loose subscription with no natural rhythm.
Behind the box
What makes a habit stick
Behavioural science points to a few things that make a new habit easier to keep. We've built VitaVera around all of them.
It's right in front of you.
Each day has its own compartment. No confusion, no forgetting, no wondering if you already took today's. Your habit is laid out for you.
It feels good to use.
The packs are designed to feel premium, not clinical. Opening yours should feel like part of a routine you enjoy, not a chore you're avoiding.
There's nothing to figure out.
No separate bottles, no measuring, no guesswork. Everything's pre-dosed and ready. Open, take, done.
You can see yourself doing it.
Every completed day is visible progress. You're showing up for yourself, one small compartment at a time.
